To ensure that your artwork is set up correctly, we recommend downloading a vinyl banner template to design your artwork. You can choose from an Adobe Photoshop file (.psd) or an Adobe Illustrator File (.eps or .ai). Do not add any extra bleed for the hems. Please keep all important text, graphics and images at least 2" away from the edge to make sure grommets don't interfere with your message.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
